Reservations Reservations are preferred, though not always necessary. Weekends do tend to fill faster, so planning a couple of weeks in advance to receive the desired time and therapist will help. We also recommend that you book your next experience before leaving. All group reservations require a credit card or gift card number for confirmation. Cancellations As a courtesy to other guests and our staff, we require 24-hour notice of cancellation for individual spa services and 72-hour notice for multiple services. Cancellations made with less than these requested notice times will result in a $25 charge. Arrival We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled services, to allow for completion of paperwork and the opportunity to unwind in our relaxation room. When confirming your appointment, our staff will always quote arrival time. We do regret that late arrivals will not receive time extensions, however will remain responsible for full service fees. arrival more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time will necessitate rescheduling, and be subject to the $25 late cancellation charge. This is to ensure you are receiving the full benefit of our services. Spa Etiquette Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation, so, out of consideration for other guests; please speak softly throughout the spa. Cell phones and pagers must be turned off or placed in silent mode before entering the spa. no photographs are permitted. Children who are not receiving services are not permitted in the spa at any time. Minor Clients Children between 12 and 17 years of age may receive spa services individually, but are required to have a “Consent for services” form signed by a parent or guardian. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Amenities/Attire Journey’s end provides you with a private changing room and locker, robe, sandals, and towel,in addition to many other amenities such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner. this is your treatment and we want you to feel totally at ease. Guests may completely disrobe for spa services, or wear a swim suit or undergarments. Valuables Although a locker and key are provided, we suggest that you leave all valuables at home. Journey’s end is not responsible for lost, damaged or missing items. Health Benefits The guaranteed benefit of a spa visit is your immersion in a calm, quiet environment that reduces stress, therefore allowing you to relax. stress reduction is one of the major contributors to good health. additionally, many of our spa services are helpful in easing body aches and pains. Pregnancy Although you’ll want to avoid treatments using deep pressure, heat, and certain oils, massage is a great de-stressor for the mom to be. take advantage of our customized expectant Mother package or our relaxing prenatal Massage. Both utilize a maternity cushion system for your comfort. please advise us of your due date when booking your appointment. Gratuity In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. A customary 15% to 20% is suggested. Payment We accept cash, checks, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We require identification on all checks and cards, and a $25.00 fee will be assessed for any returned check. Gift Cards A gift card from Journey’s end salon & spa is the perfect gift for any occasion. our gift cards are available in any denomination, the purchase value applied to any service, package or product. Although gift cards expire one year from date of purchase, you may reactivate an expired card for a nominal fee. they’re non-refundable but completely transferable and may be used for services or product purchase. Product Return Policy Product in original condition is returnable within 30 days of purchase with receipt for merchandise credit only. Special Occasions For information on birthday parties, office parties, and bridal or baby showers, please speak to a Journey’s end staff member regarding group bookings.
